Please read these terms carefully before using Task.gg. By adding the bot or creating an account, you agree to be bound by them.

The short version
By inviting the Task.gg bot to a Discord server, using the Task.gg dashboard, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) and meet Discord's own Terms of Service to use Task.gg. If you use the service on behalf of a community or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that community to these terms.
Task.gg does not record, archive, or store Discord messages. Commands and direct mentions are processed in transient memory so that we can capture the task you asked for and reply. We store only the task details and technical metadata described in our Privacy Policy, such as server IDs, channel IDs, and workspace settings.
Task titles, notes, project descriptions, and attachments are created by you and your team. We store and display this content only to run your shared boards. We do not create or independently verify task content and are not responsible for decisions made from it.
You are responsible for the accuracy of due dates, assignees, and project details your workspace relies on. Task.gg does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice.
You may create projects, saved views, recurring tasks, and reminder automations in your workspace. You are responsible for ensuring these automations fit your community's needs and do not conflict with Discord's rules or applicable law. We may disable automations that violate these terms, infringe rights, or place excessive load on our infrastructure.
We may process aggregated task activity to improve boards, reminders, and suggestions. This processing never includes Discord message content.
From time to time we may invite you to complete surveys or leave reviews. By submitting a review, you grant us permission to display it publicly as a testimonial, in whole or in part, with reasonable editing for length and clarity. You can request removal at any time by contacting support.
When using Task.gg, you agree not to:
You are responsible for the configuration of your server, including which channels receive task replies, digests, and reminders, and who has dashboard access. Keep your Discord account and login credentials secure.
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upstream provider outages, Discord API changes, or events outside our control may affect delivery.
Cancellation warning
You can cancel from the billing page of your dashboard or by contacting support. Cancelling a plan does not delete your workspace; it is downgraded to the free tier at the end of the paid period, and data beyond free limits may become read-only.
We do not store full payment card details. Card data is handled by our payment processor. We retain limited transaction records, such as invoice identifiers, plan, amount, and billing date, for accounting, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes.
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge or suspend premium features until the balance is settled.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Task.gg and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service or reliance on task content supplied by your workspace.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
